This course is designed to support you and your child step-by-step. These terms are here to create clarity, fairness, and a safe experience for everyone involved.

By purchasing this course, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.

3. Our Contract With You

A contract is formed when you:

- Complete your purchase, and

- Confirm your acceptance of these terms by selecting the required checkbox at checkout
You will not be able to purchase or access the course without agreeing to these terms.

If we are unable to accept your order (for example, if the course is closed), we will inform you and no payment will be taken.

4. Payments

You may choose to pay:

- In full (one-time payment), or

- Via a payment plan (instalments)

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Payment Plans
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.


If a payment is missed:
- You will be notified by email

- Your access to the course may be temporarily suspended

If payment is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe:

- Access may be removed

- The remaining balance will still be owed

Failure to complete payments does not cancel your commitment to the full course fee.

5. Access to the Course

You will receive access to the course materials for as long as the programme remains available.

While we fully intend to provide ongoing access, we cannot guarantee lifetime availability. Access may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to):

- Business closure

- Significant life events or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, access to the course may be limited or discontinued.

6. Programme Content and Changes

We are committed to continuously improving the course.

This means we may update, modify, or restructure:

- Course content

- Delivery format

- Support options

Any significant changes will be communicated to you via email.

7. Live Sessions and Ongoing Support

Where included, live sessions and support are provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

Ongoing support beyond the core programme may be offered through a separate paid membership.

8. Refund Policy (30-Day Guarantee)

We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase.

Refund Conditions
This course requires active participation.

Refunds may be considered based on:
- Evidence of engagement with the course materials

- A genuine attempt to apply the method

After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, worksheets, and guides, are the intellectual property of Steps to Brave Talking.

These materials are for your personal use only.

You may NOT:

- Reproduce
- Sell

any part of the course without written permission.

Exception
You may share the school guide with your child’s school for support purposes only.

10. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Your Rights and Our Rights

This contract is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce any of its terms.
If we delay enforcing any part of these terms, we still retain the right to enforce them later.

12. Governing Law


These terms are governed by Scottish law.
Any legal proceedings will be handled in the Scottish courts.
