Who is the course for?

A Course for Parents and Caregivers of Children with Selective Mutism.

This course is designed for parents and caregivers of children who are afraid to speak or have selective mutism.

While it provides clinical evidence and information for teachers and therapists, it does not offer any therapeutic interventions. We are currently in the process of filming separate courses for schools and therapists. What are the timings for the course?

- Enroll in the Steps to Brave Talking Course and learn at your convenience.

- Entirely online via an easy-to-use e-learning platform.

- Gain lifetime access to videos and learning materials.

- Three intakes per year – all families start together for connection and support.

- Live masterclasses included, with one full year of access from registration.

How and when will I receive the details of the registration?

Once you have purchased the course, you will receive instructions on how to access it. If you haven't received an email from us, please check your spam folder.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes! You can request a certificate upon completion of the course.

What are the technical requirements for this online course?

Submit your questions up to 24 hours before each masterclass to have them answered live.

Do you offer gift vouchers so I can buy a course for someone else?

Absolutely! Send us an email and this can be arranged.

They can redeem the voucher by booking the course up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Do you offer gift additional support or bespoke in home training?

At Steps to Brave Talking we want to help every family.

We offer three bespoke options:

1. Phone consultations and support packages by Anna Biavati. Standard consultation can be requested by email at [email protected]

2. Personalized courses can be tailored to your individual circumstances and may include your school. These start at £650 for a 3-hour course for the school.

3. The total bespoke provision provided by Anna Biavati can include in-school help and assessments, an education plan, a recommended strategy program, and ongoing support via email and phone. The price will be discussed after the initial consultation.

I can no longer make the masterclasses, can I cancel?

Masterclasses are not compulsory, but they are where the real change happens because transformation only comes when you learn how to apply the information in real life.

If you can’t attend, just let us know or you can submit your question by email up to 24 hours before and Anna will address it during the session.

You’ll still benefit from the recordings and resources, so you won’t miss out.

If, after your initial package, you’d like to continue, you’ll have the option to purchase an additional package.

Can my friend or partner join the online course from another device?

Please be advised that the course price is intended for a single-family unit.

To ensure fairness, link sharing is prohibited, and each link is unique to your specific family. If you wish to enroll your partner or spouse, please contact us via email ([email protected]), and we will gladly generate another unique link for them to use.

Can my partner join the live course from the same device?

Absolutely! Our courses are designed for both parents. The masterclasses can be attended by other family members in the same room, unless your partner is somewhere else.
